Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a temporary experienced Accounts Payable/Receivable Coordinator to join their client's dynamic team in Connecticut. This role is integral to the financial operations, focusing on managing accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure smooth financial transactions and record-keeping. Administrative duties as well.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Assisting in payroll processing
  • Maintain records of financial transactions and ensure data accuracy in the system.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to address and resolve payment issues.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely closing of financial periods.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable roles is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The position offers competitive pay with a salary range of $25 to $27 per hour, commensurate with experience.
